Bacuri Regional Cuisine

Bacuri Cozinha Regional is on a mission to revive the ancestral cuisine of Mato Grosso do Sul—particularly that of Bonito—in its essence and history. The project was born out of the need to celebrate the roots of Mato Grosso do Sul, its gastronomic culture, and way of life. We seek to highlight the ingredients and small-scale producers from the Cerrado, the Pantanal, and Bonito. It is a blend of original creations and the works of the greatest writers, authors, and chefs from Mato Grosso do Sul.
