Morro Alto is a tourist attraction located in a valley surrounded by hills and native vegetation in Bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul. Conceived as a retreat focused on environmental education and mindful interaction with nature, the area underwent a process of planning, development, and restoration, transforming it into a tourist destination that combines recreation, adventure, environmental conservation, and outdoor experiences. Today, Morro Alto offers different types of visits, allowing each visitor to choose the experience that best suits their preferences.

Day Use: access to our full facilities, including a natural flowing-water pool and a whirlpool formed by the waterfall itself, a water zip line, decks with stairs leading into the water, bungalows, a hammock area, an à la carte restaurant, a bar serving signature drinks (optional), rest areas, and various spots for contemplation and photos.

Day Use + Zip Line: in addition to all the Day Use amenities, you’ll experience the thrill of the Midwest’s longest zip line—1,100 meters long—in a safe, contemplative, and adrenaline-filled adventure.

Day Use + Waterfall Trail: for those seeking an even deeper connection with nature. The hike takes approximately 2 hours, passing through preserved forest, limestone formations, century-old trees, and incredible waterfalls, with a stop for a swim in crystal-clear waters and a guide accompanying you throughout the entire route.

There’s also the Day Use + Zip Line + Waterfalls Trail option, combining all these experiences into a single day.

The Serra da Bodoquena Resort offers a wide range of activities to enjoy all day long, including kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, boating, a volleyball court, and a water zip line, as well as other options available for an additional fee, such as waterfall hikes and ATV rides. It features a restaurant, bar, changing rooms, restrooms, a swimming pool, hammocks for relaxing, and parking for your convenience.

Fazenda Ceita Corê

Ceita Corê significa "Terra de meus filhos", localizada a 36 Km da cidade de Bonito-MS. Você terá a oportunidade de explorar a nascente do Rio Chapeninha, um dos cenários mais fascinantes da região. The Anhumas Abismo is a place where visitors can enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience, with an elevation system that leads to a cave with karst formations and a crystal clear lake. The depth and visibility are incredible, offering a unique floating experience. Additionally, you can see rock formations and limestone cones up close, with a boat ride included.

For those who realize that the lake’s surface is just the beginning of the adventure, diving into the Anhumas Abyss offers a journey into the depths of the lake, passing through a forest of cones and rock formations, as well as the chance to see up close the fossilized remains of animals that fell into the cave thousands of years ago.

restrictions: Pregnant women, people with heart conditions, and those who have undergone surgery within the last 3 months. A mandatory check-in at the Abismo office in the city center is required to receive important information and complete each customer’s registration form.

Balneário Municipal is a recreational area on the banks of the Formoso River, just 6 km from downtown Bonito (MS). The site offers activities for everyone: snorkeling in the river’s crystal-clear waters, sunbathing, and outdoor sports. Facilities include barbecue grills (use by reservation only—additional fee applies), and visitors must bring their own food and beverages, subject to the resort’s rules. It’s also a great spot for observing wildlife in its natural habitat.

Stand-Up Paddleboarding – Eco Park Porto da Ilha is a relaxing and contemplative experience on the calm waters of the Formoso River. Upon arrival at the reception area, visitors receive an identification wristband indicating the tour they’ve booked, along with safety instructions. Standing on the board and using a paddle, you’ll paddle about 1 km while enjoying the riverside flora and fauna—an ideal activity for beginners and families.

The Salobra Project – Meeting of the Waters Tour is a 100% sustainable tourist activity in the Pantanal. The itinerary is designed with nature conservation in mind from conception through operation, combining a gentle hike through the riparian forest, a river swim, and a boat ride, with culinary stops featuring typical dishes from the Pantanal region.
