Rio Azul + Fervedouro

Description
Rio Azul is a Snorkeling + Whitewater Rafting Tour located 22 km from downtown Bodoquena and 88 km from Bonito, MS. The attraction, which opened in early 2022, combines two activities: snorkeling with a mask and snorkel, and a boat tour along the Salobra River. One of the advantages of experiencing the Rio Azul tour is the connection with nature, described as a transformative experience due to its proximity to the Pantanal and because it is completely different from other snorkeling tours in Bonito. This snorkeling tour in Bodoquena takes place on the Rio Azul (formerly known as Córrego Azul). Snorkeling on the Rio Azul—crystal-clear waters and abundant aquatic life; boat tour on the Salobra River—observing the flora and fauna in one of the region’s best-preserved rivers. Visit to Fervedouro—a special opportunity for swimming and photos in one of the rarest environments of the Serra da Bodoquena, considered a true sanctuary of biodiversity. Its crystal-clear waters have a bluish tint. The visitor center is simple but offers good facilities, including changing rooms, restrooms, and a restaurant. The tour includes a light breakfast and lunch.
