Stand-Up Paddleboarding – Eco Park Porto da Ilha is a relaxing and contemplative experience on the calm waters of the Formoso River. Upon arrival at the reception area, visitors receive an identification wristband indicating the tour they’ve booked, along with safety instructions. Standing on the board and using a paddle, you’ll paddle about 1 km while enjoying the riverside flora and fauna—an ideal activity for beginners and families.
